Welcome to the Treetop Escape

We’re so happy to have you as our guests. This guidebook will help you get settled in and make the most of your stay. If you have any questions or need assistance during your visit, please don’t hesitate to reach out.

House Rules

Check-in: 4 pm (Central Time)
Check-out: 11 AM (Central Time)
No smoking inside the house. Smoking is allowed on the patio. Please throw away your butts in the trash.
Pets Are allowed; please clean up after your pets.
Quiet hours: Please respect the quiet hours between 9 pm and 7 am.
Garbage and recycling: Please dispose of trash in the designated trash can. There are additional trash bags under the sink and trash cans at the entrance of the property. You are welcome to take out the trash, but it is not required.

By car: The airport has car rentals
Public transportation: From the airport, you can take the metro blue line train to Franklin Ave; once you have arrived, bus 9C will bring you within .4 miles of the property.
Parking: Located on the street in front of the property. Please ensure you are not parking in front of the neighbor's property.

Utilities

Heating & Cooling: Depending on the weather, cooling units are installed from the end of April to the beginning of May.
Thermostat location: The thermostat is located in the living room on the entrance wall.
Kitchen appliances: To light the burners on the stove, hold in the sides and turn the handle.
Washer/Dryer: Laundry detergent is located under the bathroom sink

Entertainment

Entertainment: The TV has a remote that you can use to turn it on. You can also log into any of the streaming services.
